BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT DARWIN GYMNASTICS 
Does your child fancy standing out from the rest and having their party at an exclusive to them gymnastic facility.
You will have full use of all the equipment and qualified coaches for 1.5 hour of packed out gymnastic fun and games.
Then 30mins use of the reception and kitchen area for home brought party food.
kitchen area has fridge, microwave and kettle. Use of our tea and coffee available within the price for parents please just bring your own milk
We will supply pink or blue Tablecloths and matching balloons.
We are also offering soft play parties which will include the above but also a mini bouncy castle, ball pit and all the soft play possible.
Face painter can also be added onto any of the packages for £20,
Add sweet bags for £1 per child
Days available are Wednesday day, Saturday afternoons 2:30pm – 4:30pm and Sunday between 11am – 3pm

All parties have exclusive use of the whole gymnastics’ facility including, toilets, kitchen, viewing area, x2 tables set out with tablecloths and a set of table balloons, a table for either food or presents and a birthday certificate and rosette for the birthday child.
Kitchen has microwave, fridge, sink, large knife, lighter for candles, mugs, tea and coffee and x2 juice jugs
Gymnastics party includes: all of the above, numbers are up to 20children £3 per child after, qualified coaches to host your party throughout so you don’t have to. Party games and gym fun included in hosting. 1hour 30mins of party fun 30mins use of the party food area and cake ceremony. (if you need a small area set out for any babies, please let us know in advance) for these parties we prefer that parents of the guest children do not stay and watch as we have limited space for seating while the party is going on.
Soft play party includes: up to 15 children £3 for extra, all soft play equipment, ball pit, toddler toys, slide, bouncy castle, coaches for the whole event, cake ceremony. A free session for our play gym session.
1hour 30mins of party fun 30mins use of the party food area
You can arrive half an hour before your party begins to set up. We DO NOT allow any sort of glitter or confetti at the party, sorry.
Saturday times available; 1:30pm – 3:30pm or 2pm-4pm
Sunday times available: Between the hours of 11am and 3pm
Please ask if you want a Wednesday daytime slot.
Please bring: milk, own party bags, cups, plates if not renting ours, food, candles and cake.
We have our own bin on site, we provide the bin bags but please tidy and wash up after yourselves.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit upfront on booking your party paid via cash,card or bank transfer. This holds the date for you, the final balance on the day of your party, paid via cash or card.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation is needed before 30 days of the booked party for a full refund, 2 weeks prior to your date a 50% refund will be given. any less that 2 weeks prior notice is nonrefundable
